Job Description:
Connect, develop, & maintain relationships in a B2B style to establish your book of business. Strive to build a successful career working with Brokers, Loan Officers, and Companies funding loans underneath you. You will have classroom and hands on training, this will be leveraged to help you develop into the industry leading conversion specialist within the Wholesale Non-QM space. Leads ARE PROVIDED.
Having our operations team behind you to help with backend loan support. From guiding the LOs to their best loan options for their hard-to-place files, from pricing to approvals to funding. You will have all the support to be able to focus on your role. Your focus will be sourcing, networking, & growing your book of business.
What you will be doing on a day to day:
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with broker account leadership and individual brokers.
Championing your brokers and striving to make every loan a success story.
Maintain high prospecting outreach resulting in upward of 200 Calls a day or 2.5 hours of talk time.
Training and educating brokers on Champion Funding's loan programs, differentiating our company using our unique flagship loan and competitive programs industry wide.
Monitoring the performance of BOB and building a strong pipeline of loans to meet and exceed sales goals.
Qualifications:
Self-motivated hard workers who take accountability for their actions and maintain a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Would be successful and happy in a sales and client facing environment.
Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office, CRMs, and the ability to multi-task
Ability to take feedback and be coached up with the desire to get better every day.
Thrives in High-Energy Team Environments.
No Real Estate or Mortgage knowledge is required.
- On-site, full-time.
Nice To Have Qualifications:
Knowledge of the mortgage industry with previous experience working for a retail or wholesale mortgage lender.
Inside sales and/or phone sales experience.
Previous experience in a business-to-business sales model and pipeline management.
A desire for a six-figure income and motivation to work in a competitive sales environment.
Job Details:
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in the office. Located in Gilbert, Arizona 85297.
$42,000 base with uncapped commissions. Commissions are based on the funded amount underneath you.
OTE first year of $75k to 150k+Benefits available (Medical, Vision, Dental, HSA, FSA, numerous other benefits as well) + PTO.
We are looking to internally promote team leads + managers.
