The Role: As a Business Development Officer, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion, hunting for net new business in the SMB and Mid-Market B2B sectors. You'll join a collaborative, flexible team with abundant greenfield sales opportunities and strong leadership support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build relationships with prospective clients through proactive outreach
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets
- Utilize various methods, including phone, social selling, and networking to create opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets
- Leverage CRM tools and industry knowledge to drive sales success
- Participate in our structured training and mentorship program to enhance your skills
What They're Looking For:
- 2.5-5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Strong hunter mentality and strategic approach to business development
- Experience in C-level sales exposure and full sales cycle management
- Proficiency in cold calling and new business acquisition
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ideal candidates will have experience as Territory Managers, Account Executives, or Business Development Managers.

Location and Travel: This position is based in one of their key markets: Los Angeles, Denver, Phoenix, Portland, Minnesota, St. Louis, Cincinnati, or Cleveland. Some travel (approximately 20%) may be required. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the territory.
