Our client offers a base salary range of $105,000 - $125,000 and a generous commission plan yielding a realistic first year total earnings range of $150,000 - $165,000. Responsibilities include:
• Develop a strong pipeline of new customers that fits our client’s current core competencies and the “Ideal Customer” matrix.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and optimize current and new market segments.
• Markets serviced include, but not limited to: Agricultural, Communications, Conveyance, Construction, Curtain Wall, Data Storage, Defense, Electronics, Energy, Food & Beverage, HVAC, Medical, Security, Semiconductors, and Transportation.
• Log and report weekly sales activity including customer visits, proposals submitted and next steps with an intentional effort to move new business forward.
• Effectively communicate new RFQ’s with the Proposal team allowing for the most cost-efficient customer quote.
Ideal Candidates will possess:
• A strong metal fabrication background required with experience selling laser cutting, bending and forming, welding, CNC machining and value add services.
• Ability to read customer drawings and provide insight on cost savings ideas when appropriate.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with external and internal customers.
• Positive attitude, open minded, curious and willingness to learn.
• Be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Positive attitude with a passion to succeed.
• Excellent organizational skills.
Salary
Base Salary Plus Commission
