Job Summary: In this role as BDM, you typically interact with various departments within client companies, including technical teams, C-Level Executives; therefore, candidates with backgrounds in computer science and engineering are often sought after, as they understand how to effectively communicate with IT decision-makers and have the technical acumen to discuss solutions in depth.
- Industry Background: Focus on candidates with experience in the Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals industries, particularly those who have led teams and have experience in B2B IT solutions.
- Sales Experience: Candidates should have direct sales experience, especially dealing with clients in the Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals sectors, and should understand the specific demands and regulations of these markets.
- Team Leadership: Not just team management experience, but also details about the team size and the performance metrics they were responsible for.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin is mandatory.
- Education: At-least Bachelor Degree, degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Application will be preferred.
- Specifics on Cloud Services:
- Public Cloud: Candidates should ideally have experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), but experience with third-party cloud solutions is acceptable if they meet other criteria.
