- 3+ years of experience in spray foam sales
- Proven expertise in both direct sales and distribution channels
- Hands-on experience in the construction sector, collaborating with contractors and vendors on-site
- Entrepreneurial mindset, embracing innovation and creative problem-solving
- Strong understanding of the insulation market (advantageous)
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
**Your Key Responsibilities:**
- Spearhead the expansion of the spray foam market within your designated geographical region
- Foster synergy with the team to achieve market penetration and boost revenue
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new prospects and stay ahead of industry trends
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Provide on-site and remote support to clients
- Establish and maintain effective direct sales channels and distribution networks
