We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager for a full-time hybrid position based in the Greater Chicago Area. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our mission by identifying and engaging potential employer partners, nurturing relationships with community organizations, and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between all stakeholders. While the role is primarily based in the Greater Chicago Area, we offer flexibility for remote work arrangements.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential employer partners to expand our network.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community organizations.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between employers, job seekers, and community partners.
Close the feedback loop by gathering and acting upon insights from stakeholders.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and partnership expansion.
Qualifications:
Genuine passion for fostering partnerships with employers and community organizations.
Proven experience in business development and sales.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by community organizations.
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with automation processes.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in the HR or talent acquisition industry is a plus.
