About the Job
We are seeking a full-time outgoing person with a sales or recruiting background to help us attract and meet real estate professionals who are looking for collaboration and growth. The ideal business development candidate would be outgoing, self-motivated, and excited to meet new people while continuously seeking new talent.
As a real estate recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying potential candidates and selecting those who best fit our hardworking and family-oriented culture. Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to identify exceptional talent, are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Daily cold calling list on targeted list of potentials and follow up
- Implement an online action plan, including Facebook ads and newsletters, to target potential leads and follow up with them regularly
- Identify and recruit new talent for our sales team through phone calls, emails, in-person meetings, and other means of communication
- Manage the hiring process by providing recommendations, scheduling interviews, keeping all parties informed, and following up
- Provide bi-weekly updates on the success of recruiting methods
- Attend local networking events to meet experienced real estate agents
- Join social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates
Qualifications:
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Great time management and organizational skills
- At least 1 year of experience sales background or recruiting
