About the Job
Client seeks to hire an Analyst/Associate in its business development group to support our
capital raising functions. The position involves all aspects of maintaining and expanding the Firm’s
relationships with existing and prospective investors. This includes various activities related to client
service, outreach and marketing, and fundraising. The role will interface regularly with the senior
business development team as well as with groups across the Firm’s platform, including transactions,
investment research, portfolio and asset management, financial reporting, and legal/compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating and collaborating on key activities to support both U.S. and non U.S. funds/products and clients:
• Compiling and updating Firm, fund, and new product presentation materials
• Coordinating preparation of RFP/RFI responses and Product DDQs
• Fulfilling information requests, including performance reporting and diligence items
• Undertaking Investor research, general market research, and competitive set analysis
• Assist in management of CRM database for tracking client/prospect relationships, meeting
activity, and related call reports
• Preparing for internal product prospect meetings
• Supporting organization and materials for Investor due diligence meetings
• Supporting Company participation at industry events as well as efforts for Company-sponsored client
events
Qualifications:
*Private Credit Sales and Capital Raising experience.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree
• 4-5 years of work experience at a leading investment management firm, preferably with some
exposure to real estate product
• Experience to one or several areas of client service, fundraising, marketing, investor
relations, operations
• Excellent collaboration and organizational skills, prioritizing attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
• Team player attitude and ability
• Candidate should be proactive and self-motivated; strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment
to meet deadlines are essential attributes
• Desire to build a career in client service and/or investment management; interest in developing
an understanding of the Company product suite
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office product suite
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system preferred
• 4-5 years of work experience at a leading investment management firm, preferably with some
