What You’ll Do:
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and expanding our reach in the architecture, engineering, and manufacturing industries. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating and expanding relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and industry leaders through in-person meetings, phone calls, social media, and industry events.
- Re-engaging with previous clients, leveraging referrals, and attending company-sponsored networking events.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Identifying and targeting decision-makers using databases, social media, and trade publications.
- Collaborating with our recruiting team to ensure client success and seamless service delivery.
- Providing strategic insights to management to drive company growth and improvement.

What We’re Looking For:
- Purpose-driven mindset – You want to impact people’s careers, company leaders, and our community.
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (staffing industry experience is a plus!).
- A relationship-focused approach to sales and business development focused on in-person meetings and phone conversations.
- Excellent communication skills – You know how to build trust and close deals.
- Self-motivated & goal-oriented – You’re driven to succeed and take the initiative.
