Job Description/Responsibilities:
As Business Development Manager for the Export Zone, the main objective is to identify and penetrate new geographic markets in Latin America, Middle East-Africa, and Asia through our current partners or by acquiring new high-potential partners to enable this opportunity.
In addition, emphasis will be placed on fostering long-term relationships to drive sustainable growth. The position requires knowledge of the export market and innovative approaches to discover new business opportunities and maximize export potential.

- Define commercial plan, analyze performance, and execute action plan to achieve targets
- Prospecting for potential new customers to address white space opportunities.
- Adjust monthly volume estimation (forecast) by category/client following commercial/promotional plans. Participate in Commercial & S&OP meetings to align targets and contingency plans
- Review Sell Out and Sell In of direct customers and compare according to plan to suggest and influence customer to achieve organization’s target
- Guarantee Service Level in main accounts following up Purchase Orders, returns, cuts, claims and shortages.
- Ensure Customer set up and contract management processes are always adequate. Guard and ensure sales excellence programs guidelines to be fully followed and executed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Commercial Acumen: Commercial Strategy and Execution - Experience in business development, particularly in export markets.
- Analytical Skills: Prior experience in forecasting and data analysis.
- Relationship Development: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships (Account Management, Price and Promo Management, Trade Investments, Business Analysis)
- Experience related to global exports customers
- Food/Beverage industry experience preferred
