As the Business Development Manager for Premier Exteriors Remodeling, you will be responsible for creating visibility in the local market, generating leads, and driving sales for our exterior remodeling services. This role involves estimating bids, conducting customer meetings, and ensuring successful contract fulfillment that meets customer expectations. You will work closely with homeowners, the sales team, and project managers to ensure each job is ideal and profitable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Visibility and Lead Development
- Create visibility in the local market to generate new leads and further expand Premier Exteriors Remodeling's footprint.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth within the region.
- Job Estimating and Bidding
- Estimate and prepare bids for potential clients, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing.
- Conduct product and pricing research to stay competitive in the market.
- Contract Fulfillment
- Ensure that sales align with customer expectations, handling contract fulfillment with professionalism.
- Provide research on products and pricing to ensure the best value for the customer.
- Homeowner Assistance with HOA & ARB Needs
- Assist homeowners with HOA or ARB needs, guiding them through the process of obtaining necessary approvals.
- Support engineering plan discussions and implementation in accordance with local regulations.
- Defining Ideal and Profitable Jobs
- Work to define and focus on ideal and profitable jobs, ensuring the successful completion of projects that align with company standards and financial goals.
- Customer Meetings and Site Evaluations
- Lead initial customer meetings on-site to assess job needs and provide recommendations.
- Conduct thorough site evaluations to determine project scope and requirements.
- Software and Tool Proficiency (Hoover, Company Cam, Penultimate, NetSuite)
- Actively participate in internal company meetings, including team meetings, project meetings, marketing and sales discussions, and coaching sessions.
- Follow Premier Exteriors Remodeling's proven sales workflow and process, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism throughout each stage of the sales cycle.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the home improvement, construction, or remodeling industry.
- Strong understanding of exterior remodeling products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in estimating and preparing bids.
- Knowledge of HOA/ARB requirements and permitting processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to generating leads and growing the business.
