About the Job
Job Duties/Description:
- Demonstrate the ability to develop selling partners (Distributors, Dealers, and OEMs) by building partnerships and business relationships.
- Perform lead generation calls with the goal of scheduling productive sales appointments and reaching new prospects.
- Conduct web demos, prospecting/introductions, appointment setting, and proposal presentations to high-level stakeholders.
- Develop sales strategies and a territory growth plan to uncover new business opportunities and create plans to close deals.
- Identify new business opportunities within the Industrial Channels OEM Markets of the AQE Industrial Line.
- Employ a consultative approach with new customers.
- Show the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be willing to travel as needed (e.g., trade shows).
- Handle a list of assigned accounts and incoming leads generated through marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of business development sales experience (must be a HUNTER!)
- Previous CRM software experience is required
- Experience in the industrial industry is a plus!
Additional Info:
- Pay range: $65,000 to $70,000 annually + Uncapped Commission (minimum FYE = $135K+)
- Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
- Location: 100% In-office (open to hybrid flexibility)
