We are expanding our department! Jarrett Gordon Ford is a fast-growing dealership and a dynamic leader in the car industry. We are looking to add a Business Development Center (BDC) Agent who will excel at customer experience and setting appointments for our dealership. The ideal candidate will be a people person, energetic, and professional. The BDC Agent will spend the work day on the computer and telephone. They will also respond to internet and telephone customer inquiries and make outbound calls.
Requirements:
- Contact, build rapport, and set appointments with customers.
- Cover the receptionist/switchboard operator when business need requires.
- Record all customer lead notations and comments in the Customer Relations Management (CRM) Software System.
- Be fully knowledgeable of the products and services offered.
- Understand local competitors and be prepared to compete with them.
- Be punctual for all work schedules and meetings.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance of yourself and your work areas.
- Excellent, positive behavior is a must!
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service in an automotive dealership is preferred.
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills.
- (Preferred) Experience using DMS and CRM software systems.
- Experience in taking incoming phone calls and making outbound marketing calls.
- Flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Being bilingual is a plus!
Jarrett Gordon Ford is a drug-free workplace. This position pays hourly plus potential bonuses! Interviews are by appointment only. Drug screening and background check are required.
