Job Description: We are seeking a Business Analyst to support and monitor Capital Spend activity for IT Infrastructure. This role focuses on analyzing raw data in Excel and creating detailed reports. Prior experience with IT infrastructure and strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze raw data in Excel and create comprehensive reports.
- Capital Spend Management: Validate and execute purchase order requests based on available funding and project scope.
- Vendor Coordination: Attend weekly calls with vendors and track the lifecycle of purchase orders from execution to delivery.
- Invoice and Equipment Tracking: Verify invoices and track equipment.
- Process Improvement: Implement process flow improvements and metrics.
- Intercompany Billing: Coordinate intercompany billing and work with the RCE center of excellence team to manage spending risks.
- Purchase Order Coordination: Manage OUS purchase order coordination.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related discipline; equivalent experience acceptable.
- 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure/Asset management/IT Project Coordination.
- Desired Experience/Training:
- 3-5 years of IT experience in a large or midsized multinational healthcare organization.
- Strong project management skills and governance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment and provide value-added analysis and insights.
- Experience with vendor management.
- Ability to automate and improve processes.
- Financial analysis support for key capital projects.
- Building successful partnerships with internal customers.
- Providing recommendations for process improvements.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00
