Day to Day: One of Insight Global’s clients, a credit union in Sacramento CA, is looking for a Sr Learning Analyst. This person will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, forecasting, and reporting on various aspects of Leadership and Enterprise Development (LED). They will use this data to provide expertise in projects that support the companies goals and objectives. Responsibilities include creating reports from a variety of data and applications to provide LED and other departments with data, statistical analysis, and making recommendations to management on improvements. While managing the overall analysis, design, development, and implementation of a robust learning management system (LMS) at the company at large.

Must Haves:

• Technical experience in PowerBI, SQL Server, APIs, Zapier, and SFTPs
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Ability to identify issues, present solutions, and work with confidential data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - primarily Excel
