About the Job
Maximus is currently hiring for a Business Analyst - Reporting to join our Fed NSA and QIC teams. This is a remote opportunity. The Business Analyst will be responsible for a variety of reporting tasks as it relates to both the Fed NSA and QIC programs. This will include reporting on productivity and invoicing as well as running daily automations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with cross functional teams to implement reporting solutions based on stakeholder inputs.
- Maintain data reports for the operation.
- Data analysis skills desired with advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Distribute reports and background information to staff and external sources as required.
- Interact with leadership to summarize findings.
- Ability to clearly communicate data and results in written report form.
- Receive assignments in the form of objectives and determine how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
- Conduct analysis, design integrations and implementation testing plan.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to validate and approve reporting solutions.
- Coordinate multiple requests and complete tasks on time.
- Build complex reports as needed for stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
- Salesforce experience required.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 0-3 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work a schedule of 9am - 5pm EST Monday - Friday required.
- Ability to generate and maintain dashboards in Salesforce highly preferred.
- Cognos analytics experience and/or experience with SAS preferred.

Home Office Requirements:
- Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required / 50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net)
- Minimum 5mpbs upload speed
- Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router
- Private work area and adequate power source
- Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
