Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and strategic-minded Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in bridging business needs with technological solutions, ensuring successful project delivery. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze and document business processes, requirements, and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the elicitation and documentation of detailed business requirements, aligning them with overall business goals.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
Utilize data analysis to derive meaningful insights that support informed decision-making.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to reflect business priorities and align with the product strategy.
Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) to ensure effective team collaboration.
Coordinate with development teams to plan and prioritize releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Advocate for a user-centric approach, collaborating with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications are advantageous.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a technology-driven environment (experience in healthcare is a plus).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make informed decisions based on data and feedback.
Familiarity with product management tools and techniques.
Proficiency in basic SQL querying.
