Business Analyst - TEKsystems

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the implementation, integration, and optimization of a SaaS land application. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure the application aligns with business needs and drives operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Land Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field, with a focus on SaaS applications. Proven track record of supporting the implementation and optimization of enterprise SaaS applications, preferably in land management or the energy sector.

Technical Expertise

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with a strategic mindset.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

• Experience with data management and reporting tools and techniques.
