-Need someone with BA experience, financial services would be great but if you had someone from a large non-financial organization I would look
-Digest documents, index and organize them to form content, streamline, and work on present state vs. future state
-Crystal clear information, "down to the key stroke
-Req gathering and translating requirements
-The BA's have to be very inquisitive to map current state in an environment where Client is taking over the department and people will be let go. White glove approach understanding this.
