Business Analyst at Sears Seating

FUNCTION

To serve as a vital link between business stakeholders and the IT team, focusing on updating and enhancing organizational software and tools, across key operational areas such as quality assurance, production, maintenance, manufacturing, inventory management, and warehouse management. This role will primarily focus on ERP Systems and involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, working with developers to create an Enhancement Design Document for operational improvements to organization software. Additionally, this role will oversee inventory management and warehouse operations within the ERP System, develop training materials, provide user support, and utilize analytical tools to generate reports and insights for informed decisions. By identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and collaborating with stakeholders, the Business Analyst will drive efficiency and innovation within the organization.

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Quality, Production, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management within Sears ERP System

• Work alongside with stakeholders and developers to configure and customize ERP modules to align with operational needs

• Oversee inventory management and warehouse operations within the ERP system

• Provide ERP training and support to end users

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement

• Data analysis and reporting within Sears ERP Systems and other Microsoft tools

• Document workflows and processes developed
