We are seeking enthusiastic Bus Drivers/Teachers to join our team. We prioritize open availability and flexibility, as you may occasionally work different shifts. Responsibilities:
Plan and implement creative, engaging experiences based on our curriculum and standards.
Assist children in meeting developmental milestones, conducting observations, and supporting with schoolwork or remote learning.
Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children and families.
Actively supervise activities and maintain regular communication with children, parents, and team members to meet the needs of all children in our care.
Hours may vary based on enrollment.
Requirements for Drivers:
Maintain a clean driving record.
Safely transport children to and from school daily, adhering to all road, traffic, and safety regulations.
Maintain bus safety and positive relationships with schools.
During summers, may lead and supervise field trips off-site.
Requirements for Floaters:
Assigned to different classrooms based on daily needs.
Implement lesson plans provided by teachers and adapt as necessary.
Regularly scheduled to cover various areas as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with children preferred.
Familiarity with early childhood education and curriculum/lesson planning.
Ability to interact effectively with parents, caretakers, and guardians.
Experience with positive discipline and flexible scheduling.
High School Diploma/GED required; preferred CDA, Associates, or Bachelor's degree.
Clean background check, CPR/First Aid certification (must be completed within 90 days of hire), and a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Salary: $ 45,000.00 55,000.00 Per Year
