Summary
Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, the Maintenance Crew Lead
performs assigned special custodial and maintenance tasks.

While performing the duties and responsibilities of this position, the employee is occasionally required to sit. He/she will regularly walk, talk and listen, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and reach above shoulders and he/she will frequently stand, use hands to finger, handle or touch, use foot/feet to operate machine and move from place to place. Specific vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
During the performance of his/her work duties regularly lift up to 50 pounds and will frequently lift up to 25 pounds, such as removing materials from shipping containers.

- Performs all general required tasks as directed by Facilities Manager
- Directs all facility department personnel
- Light building maintenance
- Light machine cleaning and maintenance
- Special projected requested by Facilities Manager
- Miscellaneous janitorial tasks
- Miscellaneous light construction projects
- Miscellaneous landscape and snow removal tasks
- Miscellaneous painting and scraping
- Miscellaneous racking assembly and disassemble
- At least 2 years of previous maintenance or construction experience required
- Carpentry, painting, and mechanical background required
- Ability to be comfortable at heights/different altitudes required
- Ability to speak, read, and write English required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, organized, and positive warehouse environment
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced production environment
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
- Ability to be attentive to detail/ time management
- Ability to work in hot environment at times
- Reliable transportation method
- Forklift experience a requirement
