Brokerage Service and Trade Support Associate

The Role

The candidate will join a growing Fidelity business bringing to market a new end-to-end brokerage trading, clearing, and custody platform designed to meet changing customer and industry needs. The individual will apply brokerage knowledge and strong analytical orientation to service business and retail customers and support trading and other critical operations functions. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate across with product and technology groups to inform aspects of platform design and deliver a world-class client experience.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Series 7 & 63 licensing is required.

• 5+ years brokerage trading, operations, and/or service experience

• Foundational knowledge of equity trading and market structure is a strong plus.

• Strong customer service orientation, i.e., the ability to prioritize and resolve customer service issues, maintain focus and professionalism under pressure, and identify/escalate pattern anomalies.

• Analytical prowess decomposing complex processes and solving puzzles.

• Understanding of technology platform basics as they relate to support of the above functions.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills

• Good knowledge management and documentation skills

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Positive attitude

The Team

The base salary range for this position is $63,000-$100,000 per year. \u00A0

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate s relevant experience, and other factors.
