Role Overview
Join our Customer Experience team within the company as a Broker Experience Manager. This pivotal role focuses on acquiring, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with high-tier brokers. You will embody our core values of integrity, excellence, and teamwork, ensuring every interaction with our brokers enhances their business potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with brokers, understanding their business needs and aligning the company's solutions to support them effectively.
- Become an expert on our financing options, positioning the companyas the preferred partner for brokers and their clients.
- Proactively build and expand a portfolio of brokers through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach efforts.
- Educate brokers on the company's credit policies and ensure high-quality loan submissions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.
- Deliver timely updates and communicate changes effectively to brokers, ensuring alignment and partnership growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the non-QM real estate lending industry, specializing in bridge fix-and-flip and DSCR rental loans.
- Proven track record in sales or account management, with a strong understanding of Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Passion for real estate and a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $42,000 to $62,000 annually, plus commissions up to $90,000, depending on location and experience. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible time off, and a generous 401(k) match.
