Working at Worktank:
We are seeking seasoned Broadcast Producer with live video broadcast, Virtual Meeting, and Post- Production experience for project-based assignments for both Puget Sound region, national, and international productions.
In this position you will also:
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to plan and execute productions that exceed their expectations.
- Provide a streamlined and simplified experience in guiding clients through the production process.
- Partner with clients to create show flows and gather elements and assets for the broadcast.
- Partner with creative and technical production teams in making production decisions.
- Ensure 100% technical broadcast readiness, partnering with Production Operations to document the solution and book crew and equipment, directly manage rehearsals, monitor technical pre-flight tests, and ensure all other logistical elements are prepared and executed.
- Ensure 100% client broadcast readiness, setting expectations and requirements for all presenters and stakeholders.
- Drive problem-solving and solutions with the Worktank team to deliver world class experiences.
- Use strong Project Management skills to manage time and resources to production plans, manage changes, control costs, optimize team scheduling, and other related project management needs.
During broadcast preparation and execution, guide the technical production teams to deliver the best outcomes to our customers. - Lead production company engagements, including overseeing crews of camera operators, audio engineers, technical directors, stream techs, and miscellaneous production crew to run a live broadcast.
- Produce mixed media assets related to meetings and broadcasts including videos, show packages (open, closes, slates, lower thirds) and ensure all ancillary video content maps to brand and creative brief.

- Effectively communicating and managing clients and stakeholders.
- Experience creating a Run of Show.
- Experience communicating with C-Suite clients.
- Experience Managing and a production crew during tech rehearsals and broadcsats.
- Clear understanding of production crew roles.
- Microsoft experience.
