Branding Associate - AdviceOne LLC Careers

About the Role:

As a Branding Associate at AdviceOne, you will be a member of a detail-oriented team in an ever-evolving environment. Your responsibilities will include aiding in the facilitation of brand recognition, consistency, and digital marketing strategy. Additional responsibilities include:

• Graphic design and video editing
• Using data analytics to make strategic marketing decisions
• Draft and edit content for marketing materials
• Assist in website development and maintenance including generating blog content
• Relationship building with clients, prospective clients and vendors
• Heavy client interaction both over the phone and in-person
• Cleaning and setting up for appointments throughout the day

This is a hybrid position, with the current requirement to be in our Glastonbury, CT office once a week. This position requires up to 2 evenings per week, one in person and one virtual. This creates flexibility in your schedule for the remainder of the week to ensure a total of 40 hours for a healthy work/life balance. When not in the office, you will be set up to work from home with full functionality.

• BA/BS degree in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Marketing or equivalent
• 3 plus years of marketing experience (Branding preferred)
• Strong project management skills
• Polished, outgoing personality
• Demonstrated commitment to continual improvement
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Adobe Photoshop
• Familiar with video editing
• Experience with wordpress preferred
