Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY
The Brand Marketing Associate plays a key role in shaping and executing the brand strategy for the Kessler portfolio. This role involves supporting the development and implementation of cohesive brand strategies across various channels, including digital marketing, PR, advertising, and visual collateral. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external agencies, the Brand Marketing Associate assists in ensuring brand alignment and consistency.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following:
Brand Strategy
- Assist in the development and execution of brand strategy across various platforms, including signage, website development, creative agency projects, social and digital marketing content, brand identity, visual marketing collateral, and brand partnerships, ensuring cohesive brand alignment across the Kessler portfolio.
- Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.
- Assist in preparing presentations and meeting materials as required.
Brand Public Relations
- Support the development of PR strategies and maintain day-to-day communication with PR agencies.
- Prepare agendas, track timelines, and follow up to ensure timely delivery of PR initiatives.
- Collaborate with Corporate Director of Brand Marketing on aligning brand PR strategies with property- level and local market PR needs.
Creative Marketing and Advertising
- Design and produce materials related to marketing collateral, advertisements, brand guidelines, and logo development in line with brand standards.
Film and Photography Production
- Assist in planning and coordinating photo and video shoots, including logistics and scheduling.
- Organize and maintain asset database to streamline processes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education, License, Certifications, Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field- required
- 1+ year of relevant work experience in similar scope and title – required
- Experience within luxury brand/markets - preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT
