Brand Development and Marketing Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy and Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence in alignment with Promise Care’s mission and values.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, materials, and communications.
- Social Media Management:
- Create and execute a social media calendar for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Develop engaging posts highlighting company achievements, employee stories, patient testimonials, and educational content.
- Monitor and report on social media performance metrics, ensuring growth and engagement goals are met.
- Content Creation and Marketing:
- Design, write, and distribute a monthly newsletter targeting patients, employees, and stakeholders.
- Produce visually appealing and informative marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to generate authentic and impactful content.
- Digital Advertising:
- Plan and manage Instagram and LinkedIn targeted ad campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and achieve ROI goals.
- Community and Market Engagement:
- Represent Promise Care at local events, conferences, and online forums to strengthen community ties and brand visibility.
- Identify and pursue partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that align with brand goals.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to share with leadership.
Brand Development and Marketing Specialist Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or a related role.
- Proven expertise in managing social media platforms and advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and email marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in healthcare or a related industry.
