What You'll Do
The Entertainment Brand Coordinator - LATAM is a crucial player who goes the extra mile to drive Authentic's Entertainment business. You are a high-energy, driven go-getter that will join our LATAM Entertainment Team, based in Miami. As a Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in supporting the team on the day-to-day business management of our Living Legends, Icons, and Sports Illustrated businesses in the region.
From preparing business reports and pitch materials to supporting salespeople on deals where needed, you will help keep the Entertainment business running smoothly. As the sales team continues to sign new partners, you will manage the existing entertainment partners in the region and drive organic growth in the territory.
What you'll be working on
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate business development performance metrics and insights to executives.
- Analyze statistics from existing licensing partners including retail sales, best-selling SKU's, and Name/Image/Likeness deals to capitalize on brand popularity.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape, proactively identifying opportunities to inform strategic deal-making.
- Stay abreast of global entertainment trends and innovations, continually seeking opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Compile, prepare, and deliver brand performance data including royalty reports, financials based on territory, distribution channel, or category.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaign targeting, messaging, and channel selection.
- Fulfill licensee requests as needed and directed by Brand Managers; move quickly and provide licensees with high-quality service and support
- Attend meetings and prepare minutes / summaries as requested
Must Haves:
- Recent college graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in both English & Spanish.
- Required to work in-person in the Miami, FL Office.
- You have completed two internships with fast-paced, rapid-growth companies.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a related field with a significant focus on the Latin American landscape.
- Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills capabilities allowing you to analyze large datasets and generate insightful reports for decision-making purposes.
- Assist in developing and maintaining various financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting activities.
- Execute in-depth research analysis of various sectors for deal opportunities (ex. generating a thorough list of top hotel operators throughout the LATAM region).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and analytics to inform strategy.
- Exceptional ability to read and understand contracts.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic global environment.
Primary Location Salary Range:
$60,000 - $70,000
