Brand Builder - Field Sales Representative (Part Time) - Ascent Protein

Ascent Protein is a sports nutrition company dedicated to naturally improving athletic performance. Our high-quality products taste delicious while offering a simple, clean ingredient panel that consumers love. We believe in hard work & don’t promises gimmicks or quick fixes. Instead, we provide high-quality nutrition to support your hard work. We are distributed nationwide online & in retailers like Costco, Walmart, Whole Foods & Wegmans, as well as via small, independently owned gyms (primarily CrossFit). We are also the Official Protein Powder Partner of Orangetheory Fitness.

Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Brand Builders – Field Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be the face of Ascent Protein in your local market, responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales through direct interaction with our target demographic. You will be our local expert, identifying and activating key events such as run clubs, CrossFit events, fitness activations, and product samplings at key retailer locations. Candidates, please note that this is a part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the local expert and brand ambassador for Ascent Protein in your assigned market.
• Research, identify, and activate at key local events and locations to drive brand engagement and awareness.
• Build relationships with local fitness communities, including gyms, run clubs, and CrossFit affiliates.
• Organize and execute product sampling events at key retailer locations and fitness events.
• Provide insightful feedback and market intelligence to the corporate team to optimize brand strategies.
• Educate consumers and fitness enthusiasts about the benefits of Ascent Protein products.
• Drive sales and demand for Ascent Protein within your market through innovative and effective field marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Passion for fitness and sports nutrition with a strong understanding of the local fitness community.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in field sales, marketing, or event management is a plus.
• Ability to travel within the assigned market as needed.
