Job Title: Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a full-service branch.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, both personal and business.
• Achieve branch performance goals, including deposit growth and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor branch staff to ensure high levels of service and compliance.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 3+ years of banking experience, with at least 1 year in a management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
