Assitant Branch Manager Banking

Qualifications:
- 2-3years’ experience in retail or in branch banking environment.
- Drive an exceptional customer experience.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Banking experience is required including two years of auto, consumer, HELOC or other consumer loans
- Underwriting, credit analysis of consumer loans is imperetive.
- Prefer 2 years of people management/leadership, but strong mentorship or coaching will be considered.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the branch’s daily activities, including driving branch performance, sales growth and exceptional customer service. assessing customer’s needs, solving problems, and building relationships.
- Drive deposits, consumer, auto loans, sales.
- The ABM is responsible for coaching, managing, and training the branch team.
- The ABM demonstrates the bank’s mission to improve the financial lives of our employees and shareholders, to make a difference in the communities that we serve.
- Working daily with the branch team to create an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to make on-the-spot decisions.
- Develop an expansive knowledge of products and services to fulfill customer needs, solve problems, including escalated problem resolution.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly customer satisfaction metrics both individually and as a team.
- Manage branch staffing
- Demonstrate the ability to lead, coach, motivate and develop staff.
- Rotational time out of the branch for educating the community and business development and meeting the public!
Qualifications:
