Salary: $55,000 - $57,000 per year

Job Details
What you will do:
Directs and leads the operations of a Credit Union Branch, including online account opening functions, ensuring these areas meet organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth targets.
Hires, reviews, schedules, trains, and monitors the work of branch personnel.
Allocates resources to meet operational needs within the department.
Provides advice, counseling and solutions through staff and directly to member inquiries.
Monitors branch and back office operating results relative to established objectives and ensures appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions.
Maintains communications with all Member Service areas. Complies with all Credit Union rules and regulations.
Skills you need:
Associates or Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience in a Banking institution
Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation.
Knowledge of teller, member service, and loan policies.
Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
An ability to lift or pull up to 25 pounds (files, file cabinets, file boxes, etc.).
Ability to function in a financial institution office environment requiring the use of standard office equipment including computer, fax, copier.
