Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm, with optional overtime available on Fridays (not mandatory)

Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Box Build Assembler at our Brooksville, FL location. The Box Build Assembler will play a crucial role in the assembly and production of electronic components, ensuring quality and efficiency in our build department.

Responsibilities:

Perform assembly of electronic components into enclosures according to provided instructions and diagrams.
Conduct quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure they meet company standards.
Operate machinery and equipment as needed for the assembly process.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.

Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
Comfortable with constant standing and moving around the build department.
Highly mobile throughout the workday, able to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.
Experience operating machinery is a plus.
Familiarity with soldering techniques preferred.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.

Permanent placed employees

Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
