A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A BOUTIQUE STORE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR
As a BoutiqueStore Manager/Supervisor you will be responsible for growing and maintaining Boutique and internet sales. Act as a liaison between the Boutique Stores and Retail Operations. Manage e-commerce items related to Boutique. Oversee daily operations of boutique including achieving sales goals and growth. Two years' experience in a retail supervisory or management role required. Minimum HS diploma or GED. BS degree in Business Management preferred. Multi-unit supervision and internet sales experience preferred. Ability to travel within Goodwill's five county region as well as nationally for training or other engagements. Strong computer proficiency required.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BOUTIQUE STORE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR
- High School Diploma or general education degree with courses in business/marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related area preferred
- Two years of retail experience in a management or supervisory capacity
- Internet sales experience preferred
- Ability to drive and carry a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Strong computer proficiency required
- Ability to lift and move up to 45lbs.

WORK SCHEDULE
