- Equipment Operation: Assist with the installation and operation of directional boring equipment by handling tools and materials as needed.
- Welding Support: Provide support to the welding team by assisting with welding tasks and learning welding techniques.
- General Labor: Engage in physical labor duties such as digging, lifting, and transporting materials to facilitate smooth operations on site.
- Maintenance: Help maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with industry standards.
- Material Handling: Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites.
- Skill Development: Be open to learning and developing skills in welding, pipe installation, and additional construction tasks under the guidance of senior team members.
- Experience: 2+ years of welding experience is required; on-the-job ongoing training is provided for dedicated individuals.
- Work Ethic: Strong commitment to learning and performing tasks with a high level of quality.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with others, communicate effectively, and support team goals.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical labor for extended periods.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
