Bookkeeper - The Bachrach Group

This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with team members while providing exceptional support to high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with QuickBooks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions, including client write-ups for high-net-worth individuals.
Record financial transactions, including cash receipts and disbursements.
Perform bank reconciliations and update daily/weekly cash activity reports.
Prepare monthly cash flow reports and maintain property tax schedules.
Handle various office tasks, including compliance matters and file maintenance/scanning.
Provide support to the Managing Director and assist the office manager as needed.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a prefered
