Bookkeeper - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Join a dynamic team as a Part-Time Bookkeeper at a well-established organization in Placerville. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the team with essential accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial data accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports for internal review and external compliance.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax filings as needed.
• Maintain organized financial records and support audits.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and address financial inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with nonprofit accounting (preferred but not required).

Schedule:

• Part-time: 32 hours each week
• Flexible schedule available to accommodate work-life balance.
