Creative Financial Staffing has teamed up with a non-profit organization providing healthcare services. This position will work closely with the Controller and Senior Accountant. The organization is mission driven with an excellent work culture and tenured staff.

Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper?
- Process check deposits using a remote scanner.
- Manage credit card payments and handle refund requests.
- Enter initial invoices and process payments on the residential side.
- Scan and forward clinical deposits to the appropriate personnel.
- Record credit card transactions in QuickBooks, reconcile accounts, and manage credit card balances for employee expenses and purchases.
- Communicate with employees to obtain necessary purchase information and receipts, using judgment to resolve incomplete purchase details.
- Track and manage fixed assets in conjunction with accounts payable.
- Analyze construction vendor invoices for taxable items and file monthly sales tax returns.
Preferred Qualifications of the Bookkeeper
- 5-7 years of bookkeeping experience (ideal)
- QuickBooks experience
- Bachelor's degree not required but ideal
- Notary Public not required but a plus
- Experience with high volume accounts payable (AP)
- Experience with high volume credit card reconciliations (CC)
- Ability to multitask
Compensation Range 65K-70K
