Key Responsibilities
Daily Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Process bank reconciliations and credit card statements to ensure financial accuracy.
Client Management:
- Collaborate with clients to manage their day-to-day financial needs and address inquiries.
- Prepare and provide financial reports, cash flow analyses, and budgets tailored to client specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficiency in AgilLink software is required.
