About the Job
We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks experience for a company located in Placentia. This position will be working 100% onsite.
Pay up to $25 per hour

Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:
- Responsible for handling the AP process, including match, batch and coding of invoices, vendor management and check runs
- Responsible for handling the AR process, including billing/invoicing, cash postings and collections as needed
- Will handle the bank reconciliations monthly
- Handle the monthly close process and maintain the GL
- 3+ years of hands on general accounting duties
- Strong QuickBooks experience
- Ability to multi-task and highly organized
- Strong attention to detail and solid team player
- Intermediate Excel skills
