Platinum Restoration is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage financial records for a diverse portfolio of entities, including real estate properties and marinas. The ideal candidate will have extensive retail bookkeeping experience, proficiency with QuickBooks, and a proven ability to manage financial data across multiple entities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate financial operations while collaborating with our accounting firm to support tax preparation and financial reporting.

As an A+ accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, we service clients in Cuyahoga, Lorain, Huron, Erie, Medina and Summit counties, and offer complete restoration from emergency loss mitigation to total reconstruction. Our team of Project Manager, Field Supervisors and Subcontractors have over 20-years of experience in the insurance restoration industry, so we are the ideal choice for your residential or commercial restoration needs.
- Perform all aspects of finish carpentry work, including installing trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, tile work, and other decorative interior and exterior elements in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and alignment of carpentry components.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand and power tools to achieve precise fits and finishes.
- Work independently to manage time effectively and complete all assigned tasks within specified deadlines.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to coordinate carpentry work with overall project requirements.
- Assist with team cross training.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with finished carpentry work.
- Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter in residential and commercial construction.
- Ability to self-manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools common to the carpentry trade.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a focus on quality and precision.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- All the hand and power tools required for most residential and light commercial carpentry projects.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- The ability to work a rotating 'On-Call' 24 hour schedule every few weeks. Includes additional 'On-Call' pay and overtime potential.
- Must reside within 45 minutes of Elyria, OH.
