Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable functions; entering bills, cutting checks, etc.
• Accounts Receivable functions; merchant services accounts, credit card processing, account reconciliations, cash application, etc.
• Payroll; quarterly reconciliations
• Process automation through QuickBooks
• Assisting month end close
• Financial reporting

Bookkeeper Qualifications:

• Strong QuickBooks experience preferred
• Experience with multiple locations and multiple bank accounts
