DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS BOOKKEEPER
This full-time position typically works a 45-hour work week. Work hours are 7 am – 4 pm with a 1-hour lunch and 2 paid 15-minute breaks.
As our Bookkeeper, your days will be filled with dynamic challenges and rewarding accomplishments. You'll oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring seamless financial operations while guiding your team to success. From processing payroll and verifying timecards to reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements, your work will be the backbone of our financial stability. You'll collaborate across departments to resolve discrepancies, maintain cash flow, and keep our finance operations running smoothly. Your role also involves supporting audits, handling tax filings, and identifying process improvements to keep us at the top of our game. Every day, you'll make a difference by streamlining processes, mentoring your team, and upholding the company's commitment to excellence.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper who's ready to take ownership of our accounting processes and can meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Service Titan, Certipay, QuickBooks, or similar systems is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Great communication and interpersonal abilities to work with clients and internal teams
