Our client, a well-established company in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and financial management skills, with a focus on ensuring efficient office operations and accurate bookkeeping. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and travel.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper, and handle general office inquiries.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist with payroll.
- Prepare financial reports and support budget planning and cash flow management.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding and maintaining personnel records.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office and project needs, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of office management and bookkeeping experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of financial processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
