As a Boiler/Burner Service Technician, you will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various types of commercial and industrial boiler systems. - Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial and industrial boilers and burners.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation and system longevity.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components within boiler systems.
- Collaborate with clients to provide clear updates on service status and necessary repairs.
- Accurately document work performed, including parts used, time spent, and any additional service recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Participate in manufacturer and safety training to stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.
- Provide technical support to clients, addressing any immediate concerns or questions regarding system performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with commercial and industrial boiler/burner systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC and boiler mechanics, with proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to boiler and burner maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Effective communication skills to work with team members and relay information to clients.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Availability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency service calls as needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
