Collision Center Administrative Asst / Body Shop Customer Service Representative Responsibilities may include but are not limited too:
- Completes reconciliation on all accounts payable and receivables, deposits, petty cash, and receipt
- Greets and assists customers in a pleasant and professional manner, in-person and over the phone
- General office duties such as computerized data entry, insurance processing, complying reports, and filing
- Other duties to be assigned
Requirements for the Collision Administrative Asst / Body Shop Customer Service Representative are:
- Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills, required
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, required
- Enthusiastic attitude with desire to provide excellent customer service, required
- Computer proficiency with Quick Books or similar accounting software, preferred
- Must be self-motivated, detailed oriented, and organized
- Bi-lingual in Spanish, is a plus
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Valid license
