JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Greet and speak with our guests in a professional, friendly manner.

* Stock the breakfast, serve the orders, and accommodates special needs and requests.

* Follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction.

* Complete all restocking and cleaning duties in lobby kitchen by performing opening and closing as instructed.

* Maintain cleanliness standards in lobby, pantry, and kitchen service are in order to have a clean, presentable and attractive facility.

* Properly refresh tables with condiments etc. as needed.

* Provides assistance to other departments of the hotel to contribute to its smooth operation.

* Maintain a clean, pleasant, and professional image to guests and associates.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

* Ability to multi-task  

* Team player  

* Ability to exceed expectations of guests 

* Knowledge of kitchen/restaurant operations

* Ability to communicate effectively verbally
