Billing Specialist Responsibilities

• Assure timely billing of all Ready Frame and Special Billing Customers.
• Investigate and verify all documentation is received to bill customers accurately.
• Maintain accurate and up to date files for all open Ready Frame and Special Billing projects.
• Make recommendations to improve quality of billing and delivery to customers for timely payment.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the quality improvement process and the philosophy of continuous improvement.

Preferred Billing Specialist Experience

• 3 years of related experience is a plus
• AIA Billing is a plus
