We're on the hunt for a meticulous and proactive Billing/Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the linchpin in ensuring that our billing processes run smoothly and efficiently. You'll dive into managing claims, reconciling accounts, and making sure our billing practices align with our high standards of service. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Billing Process: Oversee the entire billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of claims for client services.
- Claims Reconciliation: Process and reconcile weekly claims using AlayaCare, ensuring all billing activities are accurate and up-to-date.
- Follow-Up on Past Claims: Investigate and resolve any issues related to past claims to guarantee payments are received.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update records of billing activities and transactions to ensure complete and accurate financial documentation.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with other teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure seamless communication.
- Support Payroll: Assist with payroll processing tasks as needed, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for our team members.
What We're Looking For:

- Software Proficiency: Experience with billing software is preferred; familiarity with AlayaCare is a bonus.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to navigate and resolve billing issues efficiently.
